Internet- Myspace bullying, AIM conversations, posting pictures or blogging about someone, etc
Phones- obsessive texting, calling at all hours of the night, sharing personal messages and voicemails with people not in the conversation, sexting, etc.

People use technology by the internet by using Myspace, Facebook or anything that has anything to talk to people about things. People use the internet by either connecting with other people and harassing them, and they can also do that by phones by txting raucous messages to other people or calling them and talking about them and calling them names and hanging up.
